So, let me tell you about my book. It's actually a trilogy. The first book is titled; Extinction Genesis because it's the beginning.
This is the story of how a people living on a far away planet destroyed their world through greed and carelessness.
They do manage to find another planet to colonize and this book tells the story of how they build a ship and move to a new home.
The next book, Extinction Exodus, is the story of what happens while they are colonizing the new planet. To make it livable they'll have to deal with some very large animals that are threatening to destroy their way of life.
The last book, Extinction Revelation, ties all books together and explains the mysteries. Was the Commander a secret agent bent on destroying the mission? Will our hero find true love after the tragic death of his parents?
Exciting, right?
Right now, the first book is at the editors for a final polishing. After that, I will have it on Kindle. I'm thinking it should be about 2 weeks before that happens and then I'll be a published author!

Awesome, Terri!!! Just the fact that you actually wrote and finished a book is fabulous, but getting it published -- unbelievably wonderful. I've told myself for years that there was still hope for me, because Laura didn't publish her first book until age 65. But you've gone and done it. I couldn't be prouder!
